Because our products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, appearance, scent and finish may occur from one product to another. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.
3. Product Use & Safety
Customers are responsible for using our products in accordance with the instructions and safety information provided with the product.
Candles should never be left burning unattended.
Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials and drafts.
Massage candles should be used only as directed. Melted wax/oil should be allowed to cool to a comfortable temperature before application to the skin.
Naked Flame Company is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper handling, failure to follow safety instructions or use contrary to the product’s intended purpose, subject always to applicable law.
4. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

- Product availability issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incorrect customer information

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund, subject to applicable law.

Naked Flame Company does not intentionally store complete payment-card details.
